Menus All menus require at least 12 people

We will come to your home or office and and bring the true flavor of Louisiana and cook up a culinary feast. Parties for more than 15 usually requires two "bayou boys" and their labor rate is $12 per boy, per hour. This is in addition to the "per person" charge.	Rent Cajun Dan Want a private dinner party created by Cajun Chef Dan? He will bring his culinary skills, Zydeco/Cajun music, Louisiana beers and wine, and some great "tall tales" of growing up in southern Louisiana. For private parties in your home for 20 persons or less, Cajun Dan is available Wednesday through Saturday nights.
